Loudoun County already has about 200 data centers covering 43 million sq. ft. with another 47 million sq. ft. under review. Enough is enough. Data centers are straining our power grid, increase water and energy demands, create noise, and threaten our quality of life.
Government at work.
Loudoun Valley Estates residents have repeatedly told the SCC: No high-voltage power lines near our schools. Yet they're being ignored to bolster grid reliability for Loudoun's "Data Center Alley."
Families deserve to come first.

Today we celebrate the resilience of our ancestors and the progress we’ve made, but we must never forget our heritage or the work that still lies ahead. Equality, opportunity, and justice require every generation to keep pushing forward. #Juneteenth
Hi my name is Guido Reichstadter & I'm currently occupying the top of the Frederick Douglass memorial bridge in Washington DC.
I'm calling on the people of the United States to bring an immediate end to the Trump regime's illegal war on Iran and the removal of the regime power through mass nonviolent direct action and non-cooperation.
I also want to urgently warn the people of the US and the world of the imminent danger we are in of crossing a point of no return towards the development of artificial intelligence which poses the risk of catastrophic harm to humanity, including human extinction. I call on the governments of the world to take immediate action to end this danger by permanently banning the development of artificial general intelligence and machine super intelligence. I also call on the people of the world to exert all possible influence through nonviolent action to compel their governments to end this danger with all possible speed.
How can America worry so much about international affairs when we still haven’t fixed our own while people here are struggling with poverty, high cost of living, inflation, economic inequality, unaffordable healthcare, and an aging, deeply old age divided Congress?
100 yrs of honoring Black history Month.
100 yrs of proof that progress isn’t accidental. It’s organized.
This Black History Month, we’re turning celebration into action by recruiting 1K Black women to run for local office.
Already leading? It’s time to run.
More details soon.
100 years ago, Negro History Week began what became Black History Month. Today we honor achievements, confront hard truths, and recommit to building a more just future. #BHM
Running for office at 30 means spending your weekends knocking on doors instead of hitting brunch.
But hey — bottomless democracy > bottomless mimosas. 🥂✊
🚨 Police Brutality Alert 🚨
@904Will was pulled over for allegedly having his headlights off — in clear daylight. When he calmly asked to speak to a supervisor, things escalated fast. Police broke his window, pulled him out of his car, and slammed him to the ground. He was left with a chipped tooth, over nine stitches in his lips, a concussion, and short term memory loss.
This should not have happened.
Not for a headlight. Not for a question. Not for existing. But the police have never treated Black people like human beings.
If this makes you angry, don’t scroll past it. Share his story. Tag your people. Tag the press. And let them know we’re watching.

@tylerperry use to make Madea movies with heart and meaning. Now they just feel loud and over-the-top. Destination Wedding was ghetto and the acting was bad. He should be ashamed of himself for losing the reason why Madea put him on the map
