@TelkomZA Your App is an absolute nightmare to deal with, 3 days I’ve been trying to pay online through the App. “Can’t retrieve information” “unable to login at this time” “Online payment process just hangs…” ☹️ Great fibre, but a horrible online CX ☹️ 🚶🏽‍♂️

I’ve had this for a while, but kept pushing it down the reading priority list. Boy was I wrong! I more-so enjoyed the interviews after every 2nd or 3rd chapter with the various psychologists & neuroscience professors; an intriguing read on various “state of mind” topics 👍🏽
