30 years ago, Sergeant Al Powell helped save dozens of lives after being sent to investigate a prank call at Nakatomi Plaza.

@LesleyAnnBrandt we don't know each other and I only know you via #lucifer but thank you for bringing a fresh, honest and human side to celebrity and using your voice to fight for worthy causes #fightlikeademon
@ectah @greg_ashman@ProfBrianCox I hate it when teachers get their cpd from social media and infographics from "consultants" selling common sense. I wonder if the NHS suffers from the curse of the self styled Twitter expert??
@tombennett71 now there's the question. Even more worrying, who actually QAs reports such as this? The impact on the profession will be huge - yoga intervention classes anyone?
@hrogerson@Newmanphysics looks like the bottom half of a vacuum chamber to demonstrate sound waves - missing the glass dome and vacuum pump. And probably not without all the other bits....

My name is Candice Patton
I play a fictional character called Iris West

I am not a fantasy. I am real. I will not live up to your expectations. I am me.
Stress isn’t bad for us, it’s the belief that stress is harmful that does the damage,in trying to promote well-being & mental health we're pathologising normal emotions & behaviour, labelling ordinary feelings of sadness/anxiety as ‘bad’, & underestimating their adaptive function https://t.co/01zNVv2vjd
