@metrobusBristol hi! Why is the eastbound Parkway North P&R stop iPoint edisplay saying "stop suspended until 19 Dec 2025"? Especially when it isn't!
@beardedjourno The blue circular metal signs at the entrances still show it is a shared use path, and blue highways signs trump paint. So legally it is STILL shared use, NOT a cycle path.
@BristolCouncil You don't mention the official "highways' blue circular signs at every entrance point to it that confirm that it is a shared use path not a cycle path. If they stay then surely it nothing changes and it remains shared use, regardless of what white paint is there?
@Stagecoach_West Bristol 25, the late 1230 from town, just gone from St Paul's up the M32 to Tesco Eastville, missing out St Werburghs, without telling us. Now stuck at Tesco!
@beardedjourno Agree with you on most things, but any official signage takes precedence over paint, and all the blue circular signs at every entrance to this (even the side entrances) display that it is a shared path for cyclists AND pedestrians.
@travelWESTeng Thanks. That says that Eurotaxis are one of the operators. They run these routes. The driver of the 532 rudely refused the Avon Rider ("we aren't First") earlier so I had to pay separately for the journey. How do I claim it back?
@FirstBSA So the s'bound 2/2a/Y6 will sail past their normal Westbury Rd stop without stopping, while the 1/3/U1 will still stop there.
And n'bound they will go right past the Westbury Rd stop that is used by the 1, again without stopping.
All very odd!
@FirstBSA Surely southbound they will still use the usual Westbury Rd stop B, and northbound will use Westbury Rd stop A instead of stop D?
And the 77 won't be going there by then as its route changes this Sunday...
@FirstBSA poor driving on m4 at 0822 from Parkway. Driver having constant animated conversation with friend, waving left hand around continually while driving and chatting. On M32 friend stood next to driver, including a high five. Photo on M32 while being passed by lorry...
