Finally found: this is the actual copy of Nirvana's "Dedicated To Markos III" album that I sampled on my song "Stem/Long Stem."  I've remained friendly with founding member of the band Patrick Campbell-Lyons, most recently meeting up with him in Athens in 2022.

Our daughter has with #dipg Brain cancer. There is no cure and typically 9m life expectancy.
