With extreme temperatures and continuing drought conditions, please be aware of the risk of wild fires when visiting the countryside and our NNRs over the weekend. Our teams will be out wardening to keep our sites and visitors safe @NEYorksNLincs
Every little helps but in this case @Tesco you could be a doing us a massive favour by removing from sale disposable BBQs. These cheap items can cause untold damage https://t.co/3xdZMfs0JL
How does a mama Whip-poor-will find her two camouflaged chicks after they scatter to avoid a predator? 🐤👀

We want to see a total ban on disposable barbecues as we prepare for a potential second heatwave. With the grass extremely dry we need urgent action to remove from sale cheap disposable BBQs that can do untold damage https://t.co/3xdZMfs0JL

Horrid start to the day; found this poor muntjac in Horatio’s field. I had to find someone with a gun. A dog owner (not to be seen) had allowed their pet to engage in the good innocent fun of chasing deer in our wood. Badly wounded; they hurt just like us. Very angry…
Please retweet if you want Labour, LibDems and Greens to cooperate at the next election in order to oust the Tories and introduce PR so that we never again have to endure a Tory Government with an 80 seat majority based on 43% of the popular vote.
Just been reminded that on Open Access land, the CROW Act 2000 requires all dogs to be on a lead of no more than 2m from 1 March to 31 July. So that's most heathland, moorland and forestry in England and Wales.
