Construction on N Powers to I-25 will resume next month. They’ll start with the bridges shown in the image below. Then proceed to the road. Don’t get too excited though… anticipated completion date is 2030 at the earliest.
A city is either growing or it’s dying. Our city council just voted in favor of hindering the growth of #ColoradoSprings. We need more jobs and more affordable housing and La Plata’s Amara would have helped with both.

Apartment construction is slowing in the Pikes Peak region.
In May, there was only a very small 3 unit complex in Monument that was permitted. YTD = 507 new units.
With older projects finishing up, the total number of apts under construction right now is 7,827. (-350 since May)
The impacts of this on the residential home selling process will take time to see. But it's important to clarify that this is a result of the near monopoly that NAR has held with MLS. The same monopoly does not exist in the commercial real estate market.

Evolution of #fastfood continues with @ChickfilA announcing the 2024 opening in Atlanta of a 4-lane drive thru, vertical kitchen concept that will have two lanes devoted to online orders. You might recognize the similarity to @tacobell's Defy concept. Less space, more sales!
This data is by no means conclusive but it does suggest that office properties in the suburbs (rather than downtown core) are doing slightly better. And, that tenants are not necessarily moving to higher quality buildings.
