For those a misinformed. Thanks to @JacksonDieken no, I was immensely underinsured and still waiting on their unkept promises to compensate for that. They had us in a policy for 65k personal property damage when I had over a half million!regardless, justice was served…AMEN.

@SceneSallard It was way more than breaking a window. He through bricks at the owner and employees and had they hit might have killed someone on top of stealing. Also came in the store and smashed glass and trashed furniture costing their employees and the owners who source of income.
