@Crutchfield When I plug in my phone USB. It charges but doesn't recognize my android. Only 1 wire was fed to the glovebox...could they have fed the iPhone cord thru and not the android? Do I need an app installed? Please help

@Crutchfield I am having some connectivity issues,. It pairs wifi, bt, USB and mirroring. The wifi connection is what the shop setup after install but it drops all the time even though the paired phone is 3 inches away. When this happens GPS and sound go. takes a few minutes to recon?
