Housing needs long term supply. Public, social, affordable, private. No overnight fix. Blocking HAFF helps that supply. Max isn’t helping at all.

New clean energy capacity outstripping new grid capability is structural problem to reach 82% in time.

@Anna98831 @Pullenvalebirds You’re mixing domestic climate transition with the global struggle around shift from coal & O&G systems. Domestically it’s already set. Coal is dead by mid 2030s. Gas will last a bit longer. Export (high carbon) demand driven by factors mostly outside our immediate control.

Our 82% 2030 CE target dependent more on grid now than any other single factor. As for 6, they are part of our national /global response. Export Coal & Gas demand? Tougher issue.
