@bt_uk I don't want to touch her email account, she's in her 80s and is kind enough to let me use my email account on her BT account because that was the only way of retaining my 40+ years talk21 email. Can you not reset it, I can answer any security question

@bt_uk On the browser I can change the password for the BT account (which is my aunties) but it doesn't get me into my talk21 email account
