Vision Zero partners visited a stretch of Harmon Ave that has seen a high number of serious injury and fatal crashes, and crashes involving people walking, biking or riding a motorcycle. The team evaluated the street and discussed short, mid and long-term ways to improve safety.

Drivers should follow the posted detour signage and use Broughton Ave east of Outerbelt St to McCormick Blvd/Rosehill Rd back to Broad St, or vice versa.

Starting May 26, Mock Rd west of Sunbury Rd will be open to eastbound-only traffic for approximately 3 months, weather dependent, while construction progresses on a city Recreation and Parks project installing a Mock Rd shared-use path to connect to the Alum Creek Trail.

City of Columbus trash collection service will not be provided on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. Weekly recycling and yard waste service that falls on or after the holiday will be delayed by one day the week of the holiday.
