@GreggsOfficial so disappointed and annoyed, stopped going to Gregg’s for a while because always had problems and the other week ordered 4 vegan rolls, left the shop, went to eat them later and they were all meat which my boyfriend (also vegan) took a bite of 🤢

@wearerudyspizza just ordered 2 pizzas both switched to vegan cheese and one has come with normal cheese on it, which my boyfriend stated to eat without realising, so disappointed do better

@GreggsOfficial ordered c&c a few times this week & it’s never ready. Today ordered and arrived there 10 minutes later and they said it would be a 15 minute wait. Then ordered from another Greggs, ordered for 15 minutes later and it was a cold bake, what’s the point

@GreggsOfficial made an order for collection and I’ve been here almost half an hour waiting, and it’s still not ready, what’s the point of offering this if it’s so badly organised, 20 people have come and gone while we’ve been waiting

@GreggsOfficial just ordered a black coffee before work as I always do, took a sip after I left and it’s hot chocolate…and I’m vegan but the hot chocolate is not, so day effectively ruined..do better pls

@WeAreZizzi thought the vegan alternative would be vegan cheese but instead spent £9 on tomato pasta
