I liked Obama a lot but I don't think the immigration officer who approved the visas actually called WH to ask whether he'd approve the visas.
Obama policies? DHS has in-place laws that were disregarded by then DHS Secy Jeh Johnson that led to this kind of folk coming to the US.
Masoumeh Ebtekar - also known as "Screaming Mary" - was the spokeswoman for the Islamic terrorists who stormed the U.S. Embassy in Tehran in 1979 and held 52 Americans hostage for 444 days - subjecting them to beatings, starvation, and mock executions.
In 2014, the Obama Administration granted visas to her son and his family to enter the United States. In June 2016, the Obama Administration gave them lawful permanent resident status via the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program.
This week, I terminated their lawful permanent resident status and today, Seyed Eissa Hashemi, Maryam Tahmasebi, and their son are now in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement pending their removal from our country.
Her family should never have been allowed to benefit from the extraordinary privilege of living in our country.
America can never become home for anti-American terrorists or their families - and under the Trump Administration, it never will.
BREAKING: Ukrainian military personnel shot down Iranian-designed Shahed drones in multiple Middle Eastern countries during the Iran war, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his first public acknowledgment of the operations. https://t.co/WiENDotaKs
@BradDuplessis ISIS was formed by Jordanian terrorist Zarqawi who was a disgruntled Al-Qaeda member. In the aftermath of CPA Order #2, the defunct Iraqi military and police who were told they have no place in the new Iraq by Paul Bremer, helped significantly expand ISIS.
I can’t remember the last time the CIA publicly paraded a sitting president saying “good job.” It comes off like: “We’ve been doing so badly that now, anytime the president gives us a pat on the back, we have to show everyone. Look! POTUS said we did great!”
Iranian military claiming victory after seizing airman's underwear.
The most effective piece of U.S. military equipment turns out to be a pair of underwear from your local @AEO store at the Pentagon Mall in Arlington.

Has anyone noticed that the U.S. A.F executed exactly what they trained for during Exercise Agile Chariots 2023—extracting an AH-6 from an MC-130 and securing the forward base with MQ-9 drones and A-10s? This was precisely the scenario of the training.

@ShazadAkbar They weren’t removed only because of who they’re related to. They were was openly advocating violence against US. That’s being judged for your own actions, not your family's. Pretending this is about “women’s rights” instead of 'defending calls for violence' is really sickening.
Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States.
Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan."
This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States.
The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.
@DougSaunders 6,000 calls per show? at a minimum 10 seconds, that's 16 hours. While I know you are not implying that each episode lasts 16 hours, even 25% of it is 4 hours. Maybe its 600 total calls? & 60 of them actually air?
Data forensic teams are highly capable of recovering data—even from drives formatted, partially overwritten, or removed. Swapping HDDs doesn’t erase evidence; in many cases, data can still be reconstructed. The idea that footage simply vanished from a drive swap is absurd.
Claiming a DVR “erased everything” just because hard drives were swapped doesn’t hold up technically. Drives don’t self-destruct or auto-wipe when removed—data stays intact unless it’s deliberately overwritten, wiped, or the drive is damaged. This explanation doesn’t make sense.
But realistically, NATO should step up—not for politics, but for stability. The Strait of Hormuz is a lifeline for the world’s energy supply, & disruption there hurts everyone. Coordinated NATO involvement could secure shipping lanes, deter escalation & protect global economy.
NATO won't join the war in Iran because there’s no basis for Article 5. What we’re seeing is political pressure: trying to strong-arm NATO into a war it wasn't made to fight. NATO aren’t “refusing”—they’re following the rules, especially after years of being mistreated & scolded.
BREAKING
Qatar declares 'military & security attaches and their staff' of the Iranian Embassy in Doha 'persona non grata', asks them to evacuate Qatar in 24 hours.
This is not disinformation or fake news, this is called disputed facts.
The law says something else. An outlet has to have "fabricated" information deliberately, which must be well scrutinized & proved, before their license can be revoked.
Broadcasters that are running hoaxes and news distortions - also known as the fake news - have a chance now to correct course before their license renewals come up.
The law is clear. Broadcasters must operate in the public interest, and they will lose their licenses if they do not.
And frankly, changing course is in their own business interests since trust in legacy media has now fallen to an all time low of just 9% and are ratings disasters.
The American people have subsidized broadcasters to the tune of billions of dollars by providing free access to the nation’s airwaves.
It is very important to bring trust back into media, which has earned itself the label of fake news.
When a political candidate is able to win a landslide election victory after in the face of hoaxes and distortions, there is something very wrong. It means the public has lost faith and confidence in the media. And we can’t allow that to happen.
Time for change!
Switzerland is seriously applying its neutrality law: it rejected two US reconnaissance overflights tied directly to military ops in the Iran war, but approved three others (two transports and one post-maintenance flight) that weren't deemed war-related support.
Today the Swiss government discussed military overflight requests from the US. Citing the law of neutrality, the Federal Council rejected two requests made in connection with the war in Iran. It decided to permit three flights. Details in DE/FR/IT: https://t.co/Dps46MlpBG
