@lisasaurstomp My go-to is chickpeas, grilled chicken, whatever veg I've in the fridge over spinach. Basil, lemonjuice, oregano and olive oil for sauce. Simple and easy.
Trader Joe's black bean soup with a jar of the corn salsa and a package of the cooked pancetta. Takes maybe 20 minutes tops.

This has been a very awful time. My husband and his ex got COVID and I freaked out. I left my job. My mom is moving out of my childhood home. And I have had wo many seizures and hospital stays

I am so overwhelmed and understaffed at work and my boss just came in and scolded me that "Obligation" was spelled wrong on the daily sheet I pass out to residents.

I am in full full full sobbing at my desk mode. I missed Mass on a Holy Day of Obligation to hear her bullshit.

So it’s an actual Santa shortage. They said over 300 people who played Santa died in the last year. You don’t pay attention to how many people died from covid till you read stuff like that
