With today’s heat, the Amherst Boys & Girls XC teams adjusted our sails. We moved our wicket drills and strides indoors to stay safe while still getting quality work in. We wrapped up conditioning with a walk to Hot Dog Heaven for some well deserved ice cream! GO COMETS!!
