Game-day diet:

• Night before (5:30 PM): 2-3 pasta servings w/ meat marinara, bread rolls, 12oz steak, 2 fruit servings.
• Later (~8:30 PM): 3 hamburgers, 3 bags baked Lay’s, hydration mix, hot chocolate.
• Morning (7:15 AM): 4 toast, 2 Wheaties bowls, pancakes, 2 chicken breasts.
• 9 AM: 4 toast + 1 chicken breast.
• Post-game (Culver’s): Double bacon cheeseburger, family cheese curds/onion rings, 3 ranch sides.

Dunker eats all of their before ever game.
