As Christians, God has placed discipleship in our heart. God has a desire for us to be disciple-makers, though. God has placed people in our lives that need our discipleship, and it’s our duty to act on it so those people may #ComeToTheCross.
God, at times, does not comfort us to make us comfortable, but to make us comforters. Our suffering can give us opportunities to witness. 1 Peter 4:13 states, “Rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed.”
The Bible says, “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect” (1 Peter 3:15)
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
John 14:6 KJV
There’s only one way for salvation, and that is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. #ComeToTheCross
I thank @Facebook for their apology and I accept it. All truth is in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is “the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” I would encourage all Christians—as well as Facebook—to stand on God’s Word and His truth.
Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that 2019 is filled with Your grace and love. Lord I ask you to infiltrate the hearts of millions this year and will them to the Cross. In Christ’s name, amen.
“These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.”-1 John 5:13
One of the first steps you must make in order to #ComeToTheCross... Have faith.
“Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.”- Matthew 5:11
Speak out for Christ, spread the Gospel in a world that wishes to hide Him. You never know when your words can lead someone to Christ.
being found in appearance as a man, Jesus humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name.
Philippians 2:8-9
Christ is just as alive as he was a little over 2000 years ago. He wants to be your Savior, you just have to let Him come into your heart. #ComeToTheCross
