Hey so @TeamYouTube the deadline for you to respond to my complaint (case id: 20260309-0005) under the EU DSA already passed and you didn’t reply.

The DSA saw my case was strong enough to be forwarded directly to you and you were given 14 days to respond and finally confirm what was wrong. But still no response and you can’t prove what was wrong.

Therefore, I am respectfully asking for you to please reinstate my channel. Irreparable damage has already been done. I already lost over $1000 of withheld revenue since it’s been over 50 days. Please just fix this already.

Hello everyone - I have good news again.

My monetization has been restored for the second time
after being disabled under the “misleading family content” policy.

For context, here’s the timeline of what happened:

Feb 3 - monetization disabled
Feb 27 - restored after a manual review following my posts here on X
Mar 7 - disabled again for the same reason

Mar 11 - I submitted an appeal through YouTube Studio explaining the full situation.

Mar 14 - today I received confirmation that the appeal was successful and my channel can monetize again.

I’m truly grateful to everyone who supported me during this process - the reposts, comments, and messages meant a lot.

And I sincerely wish the best of luck to other creators currently working to resolve demonetization issues on their channels.

Day 2: For compliance yesterday I changed a lot of tags in videos that may have flagged my channel, I also changed about five video titles that had a word that may have also flagged my channel, and on top of this, I have decided to age-restrict a video that may or may not have gotten my entire channel flagged for blood and gore. I have noticed that a lot of RE Requiem videos have been getting hit with age-restrictions for I would imagine blood and gore. They are just video games not real life I would never post a video containing real blood and gore ever

Today I opened YouTube Studio and was shocked to see that my monetization
has been disabled again for “Misleading Family Content.”

Just 10 days ago I reached out to you,
and after a human review my monetization was restored.

My monetization was first disabled on February 3,
then restored on February 27 after I contacted you,
and automatically disabled again on March 7 - only 8 days later.

Day 5 of posting my videos.

Why was my channel falsely flagged @TeamYouTube as “harmful content involving minors” and "Content related to sexual abuse" Why was my channel punishment so much higher? I am formally requesting a human review of my channel. My videos do not violate YouTube’s guidelines.

At this point almost 150 channels have been destroyed. With only a handfull being restored.
