You must eat vegetables and you can eat only 3 fruits per day avoid processed foods. You must not skip meals during the day. Eat boiled food avoid sunflower oil use vegetables oil instead. Avoid sugar in tea. Dilute your fruit juice and eat sugar beans regularly
If blood sugar level is too high then you can exercise to decrease it and drink lots of water. Then if it's too low then you have to eat 1or 2 sweets or drink half glass of fruit juice
