There’s a degrading circuit in your network, but an old policy's blocking fail-over.
Now video call quality is shoddy…and your top sales rep just walked into a buzzsaw:
She's telling a story about her Disney World family vacation, but the circuit’s translating it into a choppy and garbled curse fest.
So much for closing that big deal today. Everyone on the other end is now confused and in shock.
With CommandLink, you get a platform that unifies global ICP connectivity, monitors the network, automates ticketing, and integrates a dedicated team of tier-3 engineers ready to hunt down any problem.
That degrading circuit? Automatically diagnosed, switched, and alerted for repair.
It's so efficient, we help IT teams achieve 100% uptime. (Yes, it's possible.)
Welcome to a new era of IT.
Situation: It’s midnight at a distribution hub and the warehouse app times out. Soon, trucks begin stacking up. Oddly, the NOC’s dashboards and ISP portals say everything’s fine.
An irate CIO says otherwise. After an angry text, IT starts calling ISP and SD-WAN support. Resolution? Nowhere in sight.
What would have prevented this situation:
🔵 Unified telecom, network, and security telemetry and alerts.
🔵 Proactive, 24/7, on-demand, Tier-3 SOC.
🔵 Proactive, 24/7, on-demand, Tier-3 NOC.
🔵 One-hour network configuration change SLA.
What would have happened:
Turns out, an update to the warehouse app changed its FQDN/IP and traffic path outside the firewall’s allowed objects, so the firewall began denying it. CommandLink instantly correlated SD-WAN telemetry with firewall denies, the SOC confirmed it wasn’t a threat, and the NOC updated routing to restore service—all before IT had to place a support call.

Now video call quality is shot, and your top sales rep just walked into a buzzsaw:

If only you had a one-hour network configuration change SLA spearheaded by a 10-minute response SLA. (https://t.co/ZEqVPTFOIp)
