UPDATE: We have submitted a complete proposed first contract! 🎉 We’re confident that this contract – agreed upon by our entire unit – is what @CommCatHealth needs to live up to the values in the organization's new strategic plan. Here are some things we’re fighting for:

✅Regular staff involvement with CC’s board and extended senior management team so that decisions made in those spaces are accountable to the people they will affect

✅And more critical provisions that will help @CommCatHealth become an organization rooted in its values!
