eh, thats misleading.
This building, which i assume pays no taxes, is making 1 bedrooms cost $1545 next year and 5 percent increases the following two years.
As you know, many Rent Stab apt are well below that number and their rents will probably be frozen much of the next 8 years.

you want the LLs labor, the super's labor, and anyone who works on the building, including utilities like water, gas and electric to be free = slave owner

@KennyBurgosNY A lot of people in the comments saying how “landlord collected rent since 1985 but didn’t do any improvements” but do they realize this building could have changed owners multiple times and the current owner may not have received any profit from this apt since taking over?
