@complexcollapse @FistedFoucault Americans shouldn't say cunt, it just comes across poorly. Anyway, how exactly would have a central powers victory benefited Britain? WW2 I can grant, but WW1 wasn't ideological.

[Common @Common438489]

@Mahboiii @FistedFoucault Many British vets of that war disagree with you btw

[Common @Common438489]

@complexcollapse @FistedFoucault Lol no

[Common @Common438489]

@Fawxcs The "basic hekin human empathy and understanding" in question

[Common @Common438489]

@AnInnes3 Indeed, the political chaos amongst the covenanters after Marston Moor is the biggest reason for their downfall.

The engagement with Charles I led to far more chaos than was really necessary.

[Common @Common438489]

@AridoAmSubstack Cockney has never been upper class, you must be confusing it with something else.

[Common @Common438489]

@chekaterror I dont think Egypt will get directly involved, but Eritrea might well and that would be a catastrophe.

[Common @Common438489]

@BrianFl40266870 @DanielJHannan In every single one of those cases one ethnic or religious group expressed their political will to not be a part of the same country.

[Common @Common438489]

@FistedFoucault I also wish that the moon was made of cheese.

[Common @Common438489]

@advisorstew @WASPmexicano It isn't when you consider that the archbishop of canterbury who James had imprisoned, still refused to acknowledge William of Orange after he was freed by him.

[Common @Common438489]

@WASPmexicano Frankly he was a moron who ended up alienating the only non catholics who would have supported him i.e. the Anglicans.

[Common @Common438489]

@crescentwrench3 @yookaydandy Sure, but Irish diaspora in Britain are indeed often very lw and SF are very much to the left of most of RoI politics.

[Common @Common438489]

@LAMPA_2287 @SRutzick @WASPmexicano Kinda yeah lol, James II's support practically evaporated

[Common @Common438489]

@SRutzick @WASPmexicano It was more coup d'etat than conquest

[Common @Common438489]

@DouggieDabbler @Entick_ Slave for "the west"

[Common @Common438489]

@AfMook @MaltstotheMax @Entick_ Fair enough

[Common @Common438489]

@MaltstotheMax @AfMook @Entick_ 😂
The yookay followed you into every war in the last 30 years except in your r-tarded adventure in Iran, which you didnt even inform the PM of.

Americans are such ungrateful people.

[Common @Common438489]

@AfMook @Entick_ @MaltstotheMax Respectfully, I disagree.

[Common @Common438489]

@jackantoff @Entick_ @PotholeHater26 Ok
