Contour-reversed bench terraces are modified terracing systems built along slope contours but with a reversed grade (typically 5%) to direct runoff away from the terrace edge, enhancing drainage and reducing erosion.

Community members of Mpundu, located in Chahafi Town Council in Kisoro District, are constructing contour reversed bench terraces at Murambi restoration site. The community is being supported by the @CommGroundUg, and more than 200 members have been actively present. @NLinUganda
