I hope you have carefully reviewed my emails, line by line, and have the necessary knowledge and qualifications to determine who is actually at fault. It is unfair that, due to the mistakes and negligence of Amazon and ICICI Bank, a consumer is made to pay penalties and suffer unnecessary mental harassment. A consumer has limited resources, whereas Amazon and ICICI have advanced technology, AI based systems, and dedicated staff whose responsibility is to resolve such issues accurately. If it is established that the fault lies with Amazon and ICICI Bank, they should be held accountable and directed to compensate the consumer for the financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment caused.
I request the RBI to take immediate action against Amazon and ICICI Bank Credit Card for repeatedly overlooking the subject and contents of customer emails , mixing up requests , creating unnecessary confusion , delaying resolution, and ultimately blaming the consumer. The email trail clearly demonstrates that my requests were not reviewed properly, line by line. The conduct of senior management, including Ms. Priya Gupta, reflects negligence and raises serious concerns about accountability under Indian law. It seeks clarification on why an Amazon purchase of Rs.14,995/- remained included in the outstanding statement even after its conversion into a 12 month EMI dated 15th June 2026 . B ) Requests processing of the pending EMI conversion for the Computer Gallery transaction of Rs.16,166 into 12/24 months EMI , and asks that the matter be reviewed by a senior banking officer after examining the complete records. It also requests improvement in case handling to ensure accurate, transparent and customer focused banking service.

Remark: The transaction dated 13 June 2026 was due to appear in my 12 July 2026 ICICI Bank Credit Card statement. Based on the guidance provided by an ICICI customer service executive in April 2026, I submitted my request for a 12 or 24 month EMI conversion before the statement was generated and there is a week more left as on excuses they killed 3 weeks . Despite this, ICICI Bank and Amazon failed to process my request correctly, repeatedly mixed up my communications, diverted from the actual issue, and unfairly shifted the blame onto me. The complete email trail clearly reflects this pattern of delay, confusion, and unnecessary pressure on the consumer. I request the Hon'ble President of India, the Prime Minister, the Finance Minister, and the RBI to take appropriate action to ensure accountability and protect consumers from such practices.

I request a kind review of my account. Today I found an email in my spam folder that mentioned a guideline issue. I was surprised because I have not violated any community guideline knowingly.
I was unable to check my Instagram or emails because from April and May 2025 till now I was involved in multiple family deaths, medical emergencies and all the related rituals. Due to this I could not see your earlier review option which arrived in July 2025 and went to the spam folder. Because of this I missed the review deadline unknowingly.
A similar situation happened in April 2024. I had applied for a review and my account was cleared after your verification showed I did not violate any policy. I request you to kindly check that record also for reference.
My account is active since 2024 and contains my work and long term effort. I always follow Instagram guidelines carefully. I assure you that I have not posted anything harmful or against your policies.
I request the support team to please allow me one more chance to review the action or restore access to my account. I am ready to verify my identity and submit any document needed.

A growing concern within the creator community is the increasing misuse of copyright reporting systems through false, fraudulent, and malicious copyright claims. Such claims often result in content takedowns, loss of monetization, account restrictions, suspension, or even permanent account deletion. For many creators, this means the destruction of years of hard work, professional reputation, audience trust, and digital livelihoods.
There have been numerous allegations that certain individuals and organized groups exploit weaknesses in the copyright reporting process by using fake identities, temporary email addresses, VPN services, foreign phone numbers, and fabricated documentation. In several reported cases, creators have allegedly been approached for monetary settlements in exchange for withdrawing false copyright complaints.
We are also aware of cases involving large creator accounts with millions of followers where copyright disputes remain unresolved for more than two weeks, causing substantial financial and reputational damage. This issue extends beyond individual creators and reflects a systemic challenge affecting the broader digital creator ecosystem.
We respectfully seek answers to the following questions:
• Why is comprehensive identity verification not mandatory before a copyright complaint is accepted and acted upon?
• Why are human review decisions often delayed, leaving creators without timely resolution?
• Why are wrongly removed posts, videos, reels, and pages not restored immediately after errors are identified?
• Why is there no dedicated and transparent grievance redressal mechanism specifically designed for Indian creators?
• Why do creators who subscribe to Meta Verified and other paid support services continue to face delays in receiving assistance for urgent copyright and account-related matters?
We respectfully request the following reforms:
✅ Mandatory identity verification before any copyright claim can be processed.
✅ Human review and dispute resolution within 24 to 48 hours for urgent cases.
✅ Immediate restoration of content and accounts when claims are proven false or incorrect.
✅ Fast-track support channels for copyright disputes, account restrictions, suspensions, and account deletions.
✅ Establishment of a dedicated grievance redressal framework for Indian creators with transparent escalation procedures.
Millions of creators rely on digital platforms for their livelihoods, businesses, and creative expression. They deserve transparency, fairness, accountability, and timely support. We urge Meta and the Government of India to take meaningful action to protect creators from abuse of reporting systems and ensure due process for all users.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I respectfully request a thorough review of my YouTube channels that were recently removed due to alleged violations related to nudity or spam.
I believe this action may have been made in error. The removed channels were the result of significant time, effort, and original creative work. To the best of my knowledge, none of the content contained nudity, explicit material, or spam activities that would violate YouTube's Community Guidelines.
In my appeal, I also provided references to other publicly available YouTube channels containing similar advance that be in 18+ Category but mine are normal types of USA as well as universal content that should be remain active on the platform. My intention was only to demonstrate that my content was created in good faith and did not appear to violate the stated policies.
I kindly request that YouTube retrieve and manually review the 5 to 6 channels that were removed. If any specific content was found to be problematic, I would greatly appreciate detailed information so that I can better understand and comply with the platform's policies in the future.
These channels represented years of hard work, creativity, and dedication. Therefore, I respectfully ask for a fair reconsideration and restoration of the affected channels if the review determines that the removals were made in error.
