@MajestyVik [Jayce tries his best to not show his surprise at Viktor's sincerity. It had been a leap of faith, which he had expected to be met with eye rolls, scoffs, and denials, but that had not been the case.]

[He watches Viktor clench his jaw.]

@MajestyVik [Jayce doesn't respond, only watches Viktor as he stretches. It reminds him of a small, white cat. Instead of staring any longer, he decides to get up and pour more tea for the Prince. Their fingers brush slightly as he hands him the cup.]

[Viktor sighs heavily as yet another test run on the machine fails. He glances at the clean yet boiling water in the container as his hands drop in defeat. Giving up wasn't entirely in his plans for this project, but he sure considered it from time to time.]
