@netflix@Netflix_CA Is it ok in Canada for a single person to pay $16.49 membership when each member of a couple pays $8.24 and one member of a family of four pays $5 ? Do we pay different ticket prices for a movie theater ticket or flight, etc ?

@Bell_Support I did contact you 3 times since yesterday and I just received a phone call that the network was fixed - but notworking yet even after I restarted the modem
Canada demonstrated how quickly a democracy can turn into a dictatorship... wake up America! These people are at war against the population of the world, and they have been for longer than anyone cares to realize #TrudeauFailedCanada
Imagine the uproar if, back in 2020, President Trump had frozen bank accounts belonging to key figures in the Black Lives Matter movement

The Emergencies Act is far more dangerous than you think
Check out my podcast episode with constitutional law expert Professor Ryan Alford:

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says his province will launch a court challenge against the federal government's use of the Emergencies Act. He says invoking the statute 'intrudes into provincial jurisdiction' and 'creates a dangerous precedent.' https://t.co/cZUJKAynpm
To the hundreds of you who have contacted my office, alarmed that @JustinTrudeau is invoking the Emergencies Act, I hear you loud and clear. Together with my fellow Conservatives, I will make every effort to block this egregious abuse of power.
This is literal madness.
Canada's Deputy Prime Minister says, under the Emergencies Act, banks can immediately freeze or suspend bank accounts without a court order and be protected from civil liability.
Is this still a free country?
The fact that every party will be whipping the votes of their members on the Emergencies Act demonstrates just how broken our system is.
If ever there was a time we need our elected representatives to vote freely, it is now.
If the Emergencies Act passes Parliament today… should we who oppose Trudeau on Twitter and other social media platforms, be worried.
Could we be targeted?
Could our bank accounts be frozen?
Serious questions!
The vote on the Emergencies Act is underway.
Not only did PM @JustinTrudeau refuse to show up in person for the voting period, his government refused to say whether this was in fact a confidence vote as is customary in the House.
This is democracy in Canada. #cdnpoli
