The commissioning of these buildings confirms the NRM message that there's nothing that we cannot do if we plan and prioritise. If we take that line, we shall manage and we are managing.

The government still maintains its target of increasing the court system budget to Shs800 billion. Our people must get justice. We shall work with His Lordship the Chief Justice to prioritize this.

Vietnam asked its citizens if it should give them electricity or health facilities and people chose electricity. Their argument was that with power they would be able to have TV and learn a lot of public health and home education. This is how electricity is important. #REC22
