The @CommsZA in collaboration with @NEMISA_ ,@VisitKZN in partnership with @Google, announces the launch of the Audio Visual Content Program 2026: AI Amplify, a free, six-week virtual bootcamp for South African content creators and filmmakers.
Today the @CommZA announces two major milestone towards improving leadership stability within the portfolio.
The first is the appointment of three Deputy Director-Generals in Department. For the first time since the DCDT was established in its current form, the department will have a full complement of permanent DDGs and I look forward to working with the team to unlocking opportunities for South Africans.
The second is the appointment of the SAPO Board, which is a significant step towards SAPO exiting business rescue and will help restore stability in strategic oversight and governance.
