RT - Empowering adolescents through tradition folk dance and music in #Assam.

The initiative have created safe space for youth to express themselves and brought them close to their culture. It has also revived old traditional songs & music too.

‘Use of Folklore for Adolescent Empowerment’ prog addresses issues impacting children thru folklore. It empowers adolescents to spread +ve social msg on social concerns. In 2020, with #SMSA @TezpurUniv @UNICEFIndia took the prog to 4,373 schools reaching 802,885 adolescents!
