@dan_lepard Thanks Dan, I make stuffed lachan paratha in a similar fashion but I dust with semolina after applying the oil and rolling up. It works a treat for defining the lamination.

45 minutes on hold to the co-op bank trying to sort out an international payment issue. The guy who eventually helped me was great but confessed he would never bank with the co-op! Their online banking is prehistoric and they haven't changed the hold music for at least 13 years.

@LewesNibbler they are opposite my office. a large team spent weeks doing it. it appears to be standard municipal plantings of yew and box and some whips which could be willow or dogwood. One of the guys doing said it was to encourage biodiversity. @zoenicholson4 do you know?
