What we know solves homelessness, what the evidence tells us solves homelessness, is housing and services. - Ann Oliva, CEO of the National Alliance to End Homelessness.
As a society, we need to step up together to ensure that everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, or culture, has equitable access to homes. Disproportionate rent burdens are not the way.

We're often told that Cuba is a dictatorship that doesn't have democracy.
To see for ourselves, we observed Municipal Assembly elections last month.

67% of Cubans voted for marriage equality in the popular referendum

Thank you to 49th LD voters, and to those I served in the 17th, who are now in my district again. I look forward to a general election season rich with discussion of what matters most to you. I’m grateful and honored to serve you and will work to earn your vote again in November!
