Morning @tfwrail - how’s things? Nice & cool in the office? On the 10:43 Wln - Bhm service (1L10) it’s hotter than Kate Upton in a teeny, tiny bikini… whilst that would be a delightful distraction from the fuggy, overheated conditions it isn’t going to happen… this is horrible

@tfwrail Travelling to Shrewsbury… 17:19 Crewe to Shrewsbury service. 16:10 cancelled, 17:10 cancelled, 17:19 delayed indefinitely, 18:10 delayed indefinitely… cold and want to get home!

@fesshole For the doubters it sounds plausible… I know of one person who was employed by a big London company twice at the same time and another who had a major accident and was off sick on full pay for 27 years as he was forgotten about. I was in the room with HR when they found out…

@WestMidRailway it’s bad enough having cancelled and late trains affecting journeys. Today is a new one… a train that left early! 10:54 from wln to bhm left at 10:53. And not just a few seconds early - the full minute early. Annoying when you’re about to step onto the platform.

@WestMidRailway There is a total lack of information at Wolverhampton about what to do to get to Shrewsbury. Absolutely no one is there. No posters. Nothing to say when coaches go. Or from where. This is awful.

Unbelievable… @tfwrail the 14:22 bhm - shr is only 2 coaches, people standing and your own revenue protection staff have their bags on the chairs preventing people sitting down. #customerservice

Morning @bt_uk I've been trying to call to log that broadband is down for three days - endless calls with meaningless apologies for the delay. Used your text fault bot which ultimately tells me there is no broadband on the number. Utterly useless service as fault still there...

Hi @TelfordWrekin Yesterday you closed the B5062 between Roden & High Ercall at Mill Bridge for 12 weeks. The diversion is 14.5 miles long. What's been done for cyclists or pedestrians as the road is completely blocked? Do they follow the diversion too?

@TelfordWrekin @CllrShaunDavies @ShropshireStar PPE list shows IIR mask to be worn by staff if a child becomes symptomatic at school. IIR mask filters air exhaled from staff member. What's needed is a PPF2 or PPF3 mask to filter air being inhaled by staff member to protect them from the virus emitted by the symptomatic child.

@TelfordWrekin I've seen the PPE list that @TelfordWrekin @CllrShaunDavies are providing schools and it's got a massive error in it for one scenario - incorrect PPE is being provided that won't protect staff as it provides no protection to the wearer. @ShropshireStar
