With a new @BaileyofBristol Discovery coming out soon, here's the 1992/93 Bailey Discovery 200, the most compact of the range. Internal length 11'9", overall length 17'0". Unladen weight 735kg, maximum gross weight 900kg, the list price of the 1993 Discovery 200 was £8955.

Made in 2011 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Knaus, the limited edition "Schwalbennest 250D" was a modern imagining of the original 1960s Knaus. 0nly 150 were made. Internal length was 8'5"/256cm, overall length 12'5"/377cm. MIRO 565kg, MTPLM 750kg. Price in 2011 €5990.

In 1994 ABI introduced the very basic entry level Sprinter range with no fridge or heater fitted. The four berth 400D had an internal length of 13'1", an overall length of 17'1' and a width of 6'6". Unladen weight was 588kg. Max laden weight was 850kg. The 1994 price was £4399.

Made on the Isle of Wight, the Island Plastics Romini was one of lightest caravans made weighing in at 375kg unladen and 650kg laden. The body length was 7'1" and an overall length of 9'10" with a width of 6'2". The Romini cost £2100 in 1986. #CompactCaravans
