PRODUCT LABELLING
As a consumer, it is important to READ each product label before buying for your own safety and satisfaction. Product labels are meant to give identity to products. Remember, it is your consumer's right to know what is in the product you are buying.
We conducted an enterprise training in Livingstone at the newly opened Golden Oaklet Store at Falls Park Shopping Mall. The training is part of our ongoing capacity-building programme meant to upskill enterprises with information and knowledge on consumer protection matters.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) was established with a unique dual mandate to protect the competition process in Zambia and to protect consumers.
Your interest is a priority to us!!
