@gc22gc And these malls killed many historic downtowns irreparably. Great memories in malls, but real estate changes with what the consumer wants.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@AZGooners Bang bang bang.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@JohnOwning Asu fan here. Tyson is great. He can’t stay healthy.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@bobbyfijan Agree. The ratings are tough to achieve economically. Anyone who figures it out would be set for life… to their 3rd and 4th generations.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@iononrecourse Strongly agree

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@realEstateTrent This is correct.

Said another way: apathy is the best strategy when negotiating.

Sublime evening in #heritagedistrict Gilbert

@Marcus_Mosher Jerry drafting Sanders? The possibility is not zero.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@bobbyfijan Strong.

Huh?

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@Rainmaker1973 I am an Arizona hunter. The Kiabab is world renown for monster deer. Hopefully this only goes to you- it’s spelled Kiabab. Not that 99.95% of your followers will know.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@RickyAlcantar Not a great showing for Pepe. Unfortunate.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@FluentInFinance Interesting. Not to be “that guy”, but what’s the source?

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@pat_hedger @rabois Unimpeachable logic here. Living on a whole other level from the rest of us.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@JesseNFriedman The truth hurts maybe?

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@_captainpulisic @RickyAlcantar great angle of the goal

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@jayparsons Some will point to this to confirm that the mere act of building draws people from out of state to come live at your apts
In reality, the ppl are already there, or were planning to come anyways. New developement doesn’t create population increase, it accommodates it.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@GilbertAZMayor Love it!

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@RickyAlcantar Ugh. Hoping this isn’t true. Leaking during the game is just horrible.

[Clay @ComplexApts]

@SpinMaster808 Yup
