Southern Appalachia is reeling.

Are the striking dockworkers making any exceptions for the supplies that are needed in these devastated areas, or do they feel that they’re worse off than those communities?

I hope some of Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia that are in need can get communications back, Just as North Carolina has been in the process of restoring… with help.
