@GreenNetworkEn have left me and my family without electricity for over a week now and have just told us they will not be able to get a new meter installed until 17th Nov. Absolute disgrace of a company. This is an emergency and yet nothing is being done. Dont use this company!

@itvMLshow PMI Avvia have refused to refund part of the policy premium for the period of lockdown when they could not offer services, I had hospital appointments cancelled. The have also refused to extend the policy for 3 months of lockdown period FoC to compensate. Any advice?
