@ddemOn888 @bookinitout Joyce & Hopper are supposed to be 4 years older than Henry - He's a freshman, they're seniors at Hawkins High. So, season 1 in 1983 they'd then be 8 years older than Henry in the lab flashbacks as that was 4 years previous (sent to Abyss in 79) plus their 4 yr age gap

This is a striking example of what I argue in today’s column. Reform and the Tories are out here gleefully saying disabled people on Motability should be forced to drive a 3-wheeler, like a scarlet letter. The stigma is not an accident - it’s the design.
