The Sacroiliac Joints are centrally involved in Spondyloarthropathies, most pathognomonic in ankylosing spondylitis. MRI scans visualize both acute and chronic changes in the sacroiliac joints. Initial sacroiliac abnormalities involve ilium & may be unilateral.

Remplissage technique is similar to arthroscopic repair of partial thickness rotator cuff tear. It consists of fixation of infraspinatus tendon & posterior capsule to articular surface of humerus. It prevents shoulder instability. It is done in conjunction with Bankart repair.
To do this exercise, follow these steps:
A. Start by sitting on edge of a couch/bed
B. Lie down on your left side, turning head to look up. Keep the head looking up at 45° for 30 seconds
C. Sit up for 30 seconds.
D. Repeat the same steps on your right side.
Repeat 5 times.

De Quervain's Tenosynovitis is a stenosing tenosynovial inflammation of 1st dorsal compartment. It is diagnosed clinically with radial sided wrist pain made worse with Finkelstein maneuver. Treatment is generally conservative with thumb spica braces, injections & surgery.
Epidural anesthesia involves injection of medication into epidural space. Spinal anesthesia involves injection of medication into CSF fluid. Spinal needles are thinner than epidural needles & spinal doses are smaller than epidural doses.
