@ChatterBox_Muse@CondoChris Strange that womens' rights groups are silent in this matter. Whatever happened to "my body - my choice"
as relates to "health" issues ?
so...what do you think will happen to your condo corporation's common element insurance costs for 2022, now that the Liberals are taxing the insurance companies more ? 3 guesses... first two don't count...
@condovoter Owners in my condo corporation ask me... "how are re-counts handled & validated in a contested election when on-line voting is used" ? ie; can the results be trusted ?
@CondoChris Del Duca's just mad because he didn't suggest it first to Doug Ford, just like removing Russian vodka from the LCBO and removing the 3 provincial appointees from the Ottawa police services board...🤪
@CondoChris What happens if a private establishment still wants to enforce presentation of the vaccine passport prior to entry ? Will there be a human rights case ? Maybe a condo lawyer can help me out on this one.
@LawScribes@JusticeCanadaEN@CanLII ...subject only to such "reasonable" limits as prescribed by law...There's that word "reasonable" again... open to interpretation...
@escayoLaw I think I need a condo lawyer to explain to me what is "essential, what is a "severe disruption or interference" or "easy" avoidance of impediment under the Ont Reg 71/22 emergency measures...
Impediment which is NOT prohibited is one which is "trivial, transient or minor in nature or where users of the highway, walkway or bridge can easily avoid the impediment".
@escayoLaw Thanks for that tip... can our condo board replace Ont condo act section 117(2) a&b with S.430 ? $100,000 fine would sure take care of some of our condo "characters"😜
When the best minds in Ottawa can't seem to end the trucker protest, maybe it's time to think outside the box and send in a condominium mediator...just sayin...🤔
