@FirstBusnews Is running buses a “best efforts” service these days? I stupidly bought and activated a group weekend ticket yesterday. We waited 50 mins for a bus during which time there should have been 4. Not a bus to be seen…dreadful service. Thank goodness for @Uber

@manairport Can you explain why your security team expect a doctors letter to be on letter headed paper (your website doesn’t)? Which GP’s can afford that luxury? My son has just had his emergency Apple juices taken off him because of this reason. He has type 1 diabetes.

Having watched #HappyValley episode 2 on BBC1 and also on @BBCiPlayer and hearing a huge difference in the 5.1 sound compared to the stereo pcm on iPlayer does @BBCRD or @BBCiPlayer have any plans to upgrade iPlayer sound?
