Opening Night smiles.
@JasmineForUS
and
@jamestalarico
are chasing the 50% mark in the Texas Senate primary for the Democrats.
@HassanDr32361
is trailing behind, hopeful for a strong finish, and his late sprint could block the other 2 from catching 50
@SpursCulture You aren't wrong.
Most folks paying for those seats have made good decisions in their lives in order to pay for the seats. The Knicks winning is fun but not essential. They are balanced.
The folks who live/die by the Knicks can't afford the tickets.
@NBA_NewYork The Knicks got beat by the better team tonight.
If you blame the refs, you give the team a crutch instead of a kick in the ass.
Knicks can rise up, but they are more likely to do it if they look internally instead of for someone to blame.
@stacyfmitchell Yes, but you're in a room of supporters.
Is it possible the scandals are making an impact with people who aren't in the room?
Or do you think it's a non-factor across the state?
@NateSilver538 You are in a fan-loop if you watched that game and thought the story line for most fans was the refs.
The Spurs are good. It's the finals.
Knicks didn't play as well in NYC as they did with the churros in the stands.
@BruceBartlett One of the strong arguments in recruiting independents and newbies is that "we're not like them." It's worth wondering if you damage a democratic brand with the 'what-about-isms'.
@FiddlesPicks That's not Castle's ball to get, he is stretching the floor.
Even if he turned and caught that, Wemby has pinched him into a bad space.
It's the wrong pass, one of the others should have come for the ball, not Castle.
