@JIOAIRFIBERIN Issues yet to be resolved. Mailed the issue to Jio Care on 21st January, 2026. A prompt service responded back on 23rd January, stating the issue will be resolved in 4 hrs.
I am still waiting for that 4 hrs.

NTES shows diversion between Jaipur and Bikaner. Pls confirm if the train touches BPRD.

@RailwaySeva @drm_kir Thank you for your prompt service, but things were not upto mark. The officials brought wheelchairs, instead of stretchers. Upon further asking, we were told that there is only one (01) stretcher and the same is used for carrying dead bodies.
