@Paul44250784@AST_SpaceMobile There are pros ans cons, but ultimately we agree, it's a big positive for the stock.

@premium We're trying to join premium, but it won't verify our phone number.
We've texted the code given, but it just hangs on "Verifying code" then says "Phone verification failed, try again".
The text says it sent, and we've tried several times on different devices now.
@tottaway22@no_privacy@thekookreport@spacanpanman Thanks for the info, great knowledge!
@spacanpanman/@thekookreport is it also your understanding that AST has to call the warrants, so warrant holders will definitely have the ability to exercise them?
(providing stock is +$18)
Double checking before we add it to a video
@no_privacy@thekookreport
We need to check some (relatively complex) assumptions RE the warrants with a member of the SpaceMob community
Would one of you be able to direct message us - or could you recommend a warrant expert?
@no_privacy@thekookreport@spacanpanman ...but not all warrants will be exercised and not all at the same time, so the affect on the stock (especially given AST will have $130m more cash) will be smaller
@spacanpanman anything fundamentally wrong with those assumptions?
@no_privacy@thekookreport@spacanpanman@spacanpanman would appreciate your help fact checking the below:
There are 17.6m warrants that could be converted to stock if:
- AST call them
AND
- Every warrant is exercised
Currently there are 141m outstanding shares, so adding in 17.6m to the float would dilute circa 12.5%
