Connectra

Building a vertically integrated global ecosystem across eight industries. Real-world businesses, shared infrastructure and practical utility.

[Connectra @ConnectraHQ]

One business’s expense can become another business’s revenue.

A factory needs energy, premises, trained people and transport. Its products can supply farms, clinics and retailers.

Connectra’s vision connects those relationships across eight verticals—businesses becoming one another’s customers, suppliers and partners.

The plan: reinvest a portion of eligible business profits into additional businesses, infrastructure and services.

Each new operation can create fresh demand for the others, strengthening the network as it expands.

That’s how we aim to build a self-sustaining ecosystem: businesses supporting businesses, creating opportunities for the people around them.

One size doesn’t fit every business.

A farm in a developing economy may have productive land and experienced growers. Its next step could depend on equipment, storage or a reliable route to buyers.

Connectra’s planned Partner Programme aims to shape support around each business’s needs, location and stage of growth.

For that farm, this could mean connections to:

• Machinery suited to its crops and scale.
• Storage that helps preserve quality after harvest.
• Transport and distribution to reach markets efficiently.
• Buyers looking for a dependable supply.

Together, those connections could help more of the harvest reach paying customers—and create work for equipment suppliers, storage operators and transport businesses along the way.

Another partner may need premises, workforce training or help finding customers. The starting point should be understanding what is holding that business back.

That’s the depth of a connected ecosystem: different capabilities coming together around a practical need.

What’s one thing a business in your community needs to take its next step?

A good business shouldn’t disappear because its owner is ready to retire.

Connectra’s vision includes exploring acquisitions that could give established businesses a next chapter—and capable people an opportunity to lead.

Some opportunities are already built.

Your fruit bowl is part of a global trade network.

Chile sent 196,000+ metric tons of mandarins to the U.S. in Apr–Sep 2025.

Connectra aims to develop businesses behind that journey—from refrigerated storage to trucking and distribution.

A home within reach. A business you could run. A chance to lead.

Connectra’s vision is to create programmes where loyal, eligible CNX holders can be selected for opportunities that could change their circumstances.

That could mean substantial discounts on participating services, access to health-insurance programmes, discounted homes or vehicles, or an opportunity to acquire or operate a business. Qualified candidates could also be considered for senior leadership roles within the ecosystem.

We want long-term participation to open doors to practical opportunities—to lower everyday costs, build a livelihood and take on greater responsibility.

These programmes are planned. Each would have its own eligibility and selection requirements; holding CNX alone would not guarantee an offer.

Which opportunity would make the biggest difference in your life?

Local partnerships and fairly paid jobs are central to Connectra’s vision.

Our planned model would reinvest a portion of eligible business profits into more businesses and opportunities.

Food grown should become income.

FAO estimates 23% of food was lost before retail in sub-Saharan Africa in 2023.

Connectra’s vision: local partnerships linking energy, cold storage, transport and processing so more harvests reach buyers.

Clear plans. Accountable decisions. Progress that can be verified.

That’s the standard we’re setting for Connectra as we build for the long term.

A farmer needs transport.
A driver needs freight.
A shop needs stock.

Connectra’s vision: connect these needs, then reinvest a portion of eligible business profits to help create more businesses, jobs and opportunities.

Where would you fit in?

#RWA #Base

[Connectra @ConnectraHQ]

Build businesses. Create opportunities. Reinvest in what comes next.

That is the growth model Connectra is working towards.

Across logistics, global agriculture, real estate, medicine & healthcare, manufacturing, energy, multimodal commerce and education, our vision is an ecosystem where people and businesses help one another succeed.

Education develops skills. Businesses provide work and services. Suppliers support production. Logistics and commerce connect products with customers. Infrastructure supports the people and operations behind it all.

But collaboration is only part of the model.

Commercial success is also intended to help fund the ecosystem’s continued development.

Under the planned contribution framework, a priority portion of eligible net profits from Connectra Holdings Inc. is intended to support Connectra Association’s treasury through definitive agreements.

Within approved budgets, those resources can help support:

• New businesses, acquisitions and expansion.
• Infrastructure, equipment and operating capabilities.
• Training, workforce development and business partnerships.
• Participating services and ecosystem programmes.

The aim is for progress in one part of Connectra to help create opportunities elsewhere.

A stronger operating network can support more services. More useful services can attract customers and partners. Sustainable commercial activity can then provide resources for further development.

Each vertical—and the branches within it—has a role in that cycle.

Our long-term ambition is a thriving, increasingly self-sustaining ecosystem built on real demand, viable businesses and reinvestment: people helping businesses grow, and business growth helping create more opportunities for people.

CNX on Base is intended to support access to participating services and programmes, not a right to business profits.

Eight verticals. Connected opportunities. Growth that helps build what comes next.
