Departure confirmed.
What Stephen Robinson achieved with this club should never be understated.
After a sticky start, he built a team that were very, very hard to beat, particularly at home.
Bringing our first top 6 finish in the new Premiership era.
Then did it again.
And again.
Claimed multiple Old Firm scalps, and certain grounds where we previously struggled to win, suddenly became happy hunting grounds.
He brought back European football to Paisley, and those nights against Valur and Brann will never be forgotten.
The SMISA became a place where teams rarely walked away without a battle, and crowds were booming.
But for me, and perhaps most significantly, he gave us a football club who on their day could compete with the very best in the country.
He instilled a belief and a determination in his squad that many of us had never seen before in the black and white of St Mirren Football Club.
He gave us a team, and a community that we could be proud of…
With all that said, I hope we fucking pump Aberdeen every time we play them.
So the question now is, who next?
What a magical moment that is for everyone associated with St Mirren.
Just under 4 years in charge for Stephen Robinson. His emotion at that final whistle is fantastic to see.
Hampden Park memories 🏟️
St Mirren will look to draw inspiration from their 2013 Scottish League Cup winners as they head to the national stadium tomorrow 🏁

In ‘87 my dad told me to believe.
He’s not here to see it, but I know he’ll be watching.
As we head to Hampden, I’ll close my eyes and try to remember his voice ❤️
Life can come at you fast, so hold on to the moments, enjoy and always believe. 🖤🤍
