@TAKEALOT you don't answer your phones or reply to emails. I collected a shirt from a pick up point. I logged a return for the shirt while at the pick up point. The shirt was handed back to the pick up point. The time between receiving and returning was about 5 minutes.

I was told via email that the shirt has been worn and couldn't be refunded. I've asked you to check the times between collection and return and explain how the shirt could have been worn. I've had no reply. The only way the shirt was worn was if you sent it to me like that.
