So grateful to have some energy back. Not 100% yet but moves are being made. Incredible how rapidly the perspective changes when you’re ill.

Fantasies of holding down plain crackers realised. Ecstasy. Thoughts of pushing for a real nutritional meal tomorrow. Dreamland. Health really is wealth.

This storm is on the way out, but there is many more to come. If the last 29 days has taught me anything it’s that the next one is just around the corner.
